This new build studio and garage are located within the curtilage of a Grade II listed building and at the heart of the Bitton Conservation Area. The design is a contemporary version of a traditional stone barn, which complements the rural aesthetic and character of the Conservation Area.

The new building is constructed from locally quarried White Lias limestone and natural lime mortar and is roofed with reclaimed clay tiles.
